Print Story Airline Chairs and Some Ugh!
Diary

First the ugh! bit. A guy I know came of his bike a few days ago. He can expect at least a 6 month recovery time. He sustained many injuries. I won't describe what happened to the region between his legs except for one technical detail - his urethra became separated from his bladder. Ugh!

Anyway, onto the chair bit of my diary.

Tomorrow I start my new job. I haven't had to work for someone else for several years now. I hope they just let me do my own thing.

Anyway, one interesting fact about the new company is that it's mostly Linux based.

So the day before yesterday we drove from San Francisco to LA. The last thing I expected was to be driving through snow. But there it was. Anyway, in the rest of this diary is a fairly complete description of the wonderful sights you can see on the 5 hour long drive along Interstate 5.
